What We Offer

Our trained peer support volunteers provide:

Active listening and emotional support
De-escalation during stressful moments
Resource referrals (mental health, housing, food, legal, and community services)
Support navigating local systems and services
Encouragement and connection during difficult times

This service is built on empathy, respect, and lived experience — not diagnosis or treatment.

Who This Is For

Our Peer-to-Peer Support Line is available to individuals across Central Illinois, including:

Those experiencing anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm
Individuals facing housing or financial instability
People navigating life transitions or personal challenges
Anyone who simply needs someone to listen
