Executive Session Acknowledgment

Central Illinois Resource Center Inc. (“CIRC Inc.”) conducts Board Meetings in accordance with its bylaws and the Illinois Open Meetings Act. Portions of Board Meetings may be held in Executive Session as permitted under 5 ILCS 120/2(c) for matters requiring confidentiality, including personnel, litigation, negotiations, and other subjects authorized by law.

Executive Sessions are closed to the public, and no final action is taken during closed session. Any action resulting from Executive Session discussions will occur in open session as required by statute.
Meeting dates, times, and general agenda information will be made available publicly when appropriate and subject to organizational needs.
