Show Up & Show Out for Central Illinois Students
Show Up and Show Out is a community-led initiative of Central Illinois Resource Center dedicated to standing with our high school students across Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties.
Our students are facing more than just academic pressures—they are navigating challenges that affect their mental health, stability, and future opportunities. This initiative calls on parents, leaders, educators, and community members to come together and send one clear message.
👉 You are not alone. Your future matters. We believe in you.
Why It Matters
Mental Health: Students need safe spaces and supportive adults who will listen and encourage them.
Stability: Showing up builds a network of consistency that students can rely on.
Education & Future: Every act of support helps keep students focused on learning and motivated to succeed.
How We Take Action
Hosting monthly community gatherings in schools and public spaces.
Partnering with local leaders and organizations to provide mentorship and resources.
Encouraging community members to show up in person to remind students that they are valued.
Get Involved
Your presence matters. Whether you’re a parent, mentor, community leader, or simply someone who cares about the future of our youth, your voice and your presence can make a difference.
Together, we can show up and show out for the students who need us most.
